This knife is a Don Hanson pattern trapper by John Lloyd . 4-3/8" closed ,blade is 3-1/2" with 3-1/8" of cutting edge,opens to 7-7/8" OAL. Smooth snappy action with a 5+ pull. Stainless inlaid bear shield ,pins and mill relieved liners. Blade & spring are 52100 carbon. Deep hollow grind,crescent nail nick and swedge . Thin & lightweight for it's size . Durable & rich looking covers are vintage rag  micarta ,at a glance it looks like a burl wood
